INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR
PROVISION OF SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2025.
Uzima Chicken invites bids for the pre-qualification for the provision of Supplies and Services, and Framework contracts for the FY 2025 as follows: –
CATEGORY A
RAW MATERIAL
(1) Supply of grade 1 Maize (from established distributors with warehouse facilities)
CATEGORY B
SERVICES
(1) Goods delivery trucks, including 1T, 5T, 10T and 30T.
(a)For 1T truck suppliers, must be interested and willing to deliver day-old chicks to rural customers.
(2) Refrigerated cold trucks capable of maintaining 17 degrees Celsius automatically.
(3) Internet Service Providers.
(4) Vehicles\Motorcycle Service, Repairs and Maintenance.
CATEGORY C
SUPPLIES
- Supply of cardboard materials, including chick boxes, egg trays, and cardboard boxes.
- Supply of Packaging materials, 50 & 25kg sacks
- Supply of Electrical equipment
- Supply of Stationeries
- Supply of Office consumables
- Supply of Medical Supplies
- Supply of ICT Equipments
- Supply of Fumigants
- Supply of Plumbing materials.
- Supply of BIO charcoal brackets
- Supply of motorcycles
- Supply of Protective gear and equipment.
- Supply of general furniture
Prequalification submission / expression of interest Will be evaluated in accordance with the Uzima chicken Procurement policy and procedures.
Interested and eligible bidders may collect pre-qualification bid documents from procurement and Disposal Unit after payment of a non-refundable fee of: UGX 25,000/= for both categories.

Bids should be addressed to;
Uzima Chicken Plot 21, Lower Naguru, East Road Kampala Uganda not later than 27th September, 2024 at 11.30am. A physical copy shall be submitted at the company offices and a soft copy submitted to the company procurement email procurement.ug@uzimachicken.com.
