Insta-Pro International offers several extrusion applications that can be of value to you, notably:
Soybean Processing into protein meal for animal feeds, and vegetable oil for cooking/food applications. Our ExPress® technology is also used for non-chemical processing of many oilseeds such as sunflower seed and rapeseed.
Maize Extrusion for feeding young animals including poultry, pigs and dairy.
Fortified Blended Flours for children and adults, including corn-soy blend, sorghum-soy blend and a wide range of proprietary blends of cereals and legumes, enriched with vitamins and minerals.
Soy Flour for baking applications.
Textured Soy Protein (TSP), also known as soy chunks or soy pieces. TSP is a high-protein non-meat foodstuff that is used as a vegetable protein food resembling chicken or beef pieces or is incorporated into meat products such as sausages and processed meat.
Cereal Beverages. Customers use our extrusion technology to process cereals such as maize, sorghum and millet into beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
Fish Feed and Petfood.
Insta-Pro systems are modular, which permits flexible investments and easy to expand plants. Investment levels range for $50.000 to several million dollars.
